Hello everyone. Friday morning was so beautiful at the coast that I felt the need to share. I got up, had some coffee and hit the email first thing as usual. As I kept glancing out the window, the sun flowing in was like a magnet drawing me to step outside. I stepped out on the deck and the first thing I felt was the crisp cool air. The kind of crisp that make you just want to just stand there and experience it. The next thing I noticed was the sharp color of blue in the sky. The sky is bluer at the coast. It was quiet except for the birds. Let me just go ahead and say it. It was awesome and I felt very privileged and lucky to be there experiencing it.

Before I knew it, the New Balance tennis shoes were on.

The Adidas workout pants were on. The New Balance high tech workout shirt was on and last but not least, the Nike visor was on. I have no idea how all of that happened. I looked in the mirror and it was there. Before I knew it, I’m walking a brisk pace towards the waterway.
