This past Saturday I enjoyed a new life experience. I went to a wine tasting. Luanne & I, along with Doug & Adriana Weaver went to a wine tasting at the Silver Coast Winery at Ocean Isle Beach. It was a lot of fun actually, and I learned about wines and wine making.
The Silver Coast Winery is home to Coastal North Carolina’s premier producer of premium wines.
They are located just 15 minutes inland from the beach, and the vineyard and winery are set on 40 acres, surrounded by lush woods. Silver Coast is the only winery in the neighborhood, and their lovely setting is the perfect place to learn about wines, share a peaceful picnic with friends, and enjoy art by local artists or stage a festive event.
